Costa Rican guava or Cas Guava, is a type of guava found mainly in Costa Rica, but it is also grown in Guatemala, Nicaragua and other Central American countries. Despite the acidity, the taste is delicious with notes of passion fruit and pineapple and is much more pronounced than the mild taste of regular Guava. The yellow-green fruits grow up to 7 cm in size. We grow like other guavas. We can summer from spring to autumn. We hibernate min. at a temperature of around 15C.
