Noni – Morinda citrifolia - A miracle of nature that you can grow too
Discover Noni (Morinda citrifolia), originating from Southeast Asia where it has been valued for centuries for its exceptional medicinal properties. It contains up to 140 types of vitamins, minerals and other valuable substances, thanks to which it strengthens immunity, supports digestion, regenerates cells and helps with stress and fatigue.
Unique fruits with a wide range of uses
Noni fruits, also known as "cheese fruit", grow up to 15 cm and ripen throughout the year. Their juice is traditionally used to detoxify, boost vitality and improve mental well-being. In Asia, they are consumed while still young, while the ripe fruits are processed into teas, syrups, juices and extracts. The seeds contain essential oils with beneficial effects on the skin, while the peel provides a natural dye.
Easy to grow at home
Although it comes from the tropics, Noni can also be grown in our conditions! It grows like a small tree in a pot, blooms all year round and can delight you with the first harvest in the second year. It needs a lot of light, regular watering and a temperature of around 20 °C, which makes it an ideal plant for an apartment, balcony or winter garden.
