EUGENIA

 It is a genus of plants in the myrtle family and includes more than 1000 species. It is unevenly distributed in the tropics or subtropics of all continents, the vast majority of species grow in South America. Many species of eugenias bear fruit. Eugenia are an ideal type of potted plant in our country in Europe, where from spring to autumn they can be outside and in winter they are transferred home to a window or to a heated greenhouse, where they winter at temperatures around 10 -20 C.
